KUALA LUMPUR – The mobile phone market in Malaysia has always been an endless free-for-all battle royal with mobile phone companies constantly improving to suit the market. Now the new Infinix Mobile also enters the fray as it steps into the Malaysian mobile phone market with its three new smartphones, namely the Infinix Zero 4, Infinix Zero 4 Plus and Infinix HOT 4 Pro.
Speaking at the Infinix mobile media launch, the Country Manager (Malaysia), Infinix Mobility, Marco Beh, said that with their exciting new mobile phone models that combines modern with intelligent technology, they are confident that their mobile phones will manage to impress Malaysians in the market to buy new mobile phones.

The Infinix mobile media launch was held at the Lagoon Ballroom, Sunway Hotel Resorts & Spa on Wednesday, 15 March, also saw the partnership agreement signing ceremony by Country Manager (Malaysia) of Infinix Mobility, Marco Beh and Director of Thorus Technology Malaysia, Shierlyn Chan which officially marks the pertnership between the two parties.
Among the three smartphones introduced, their two flagship models The Zero 4 and Zero 4 Plus are both considered phones in the range, while is the new Hot 4 Pro is a new entry-level model.
The Zero 4 supports 4G, runs on MediaTek MT6753 1.3GHz octa-core processor, 5.5-inch Full HD display, 3GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage and a 3,200mAh battery.
It is also equipped with a 16-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front facing camera with Optical image stabilization and laser assisted focus.
For those looking foir a more high-end phone model, there is the Zero 4 Plus which is a slight senior version of the Zero 4. The Zaro 4 Plus as can be expected supports 4G, and runs on the mighty MediaTek Helio X20 MT6797M 2.0GHz deca-core (TEN cores) processor, comes with a 5.98-inch Full HD display, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and a 4,000mAh battery.
For the camera, it dons a 21-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilisation and laser-assisted autofocus and a 13-megapixel front facing camera.
If you have a tight budget, the Hot 4 Pro is the choice for you. The Hot 4 Pro runs on the MediaTek MT6737 1.3GHz quad-core processor, a 5.5-inch 720p display, 16GB ROM, 2GB RAM and a 4,000mAh battery.
For the camera, it is equipped with a 13-megapixel camera and a 5-megapixel front facing camera.
Although the specs given seem ordinary, the key points are the dual speakers and a Dirac Stereo Widening sound processing technology, bringing the best sound effects to the phone. The Hot 4 Pro, according to Infinix, also boasts a battery that can last up to two days on a single charge.
All three models currently runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow
The Zero 4 and Hot 4 is set to be available at authorised dealers as well as online at Lazada Malaysia starting next week with the Zero 4 going for RM999 and the Hot 4 Pro going for RM599.The Zero 4 Plus will be available in stores starting April.
